At Fitspiration Wear, your satisfaction is important to us. Because our products are made to order, we have a slightly different return policy than traditional retail stores.

30-Day Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will gladly send a free replacement or issue a refund within 30 days of delivery.

Please contact us at fitspirationwearbrand@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

  • A short description of the issue

Once we review the issue, we’ll quickly send a replacement or process your refund.

Returns & Exchanges

Since all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Incorrect color selected

  • Change of mind

Please check the size chart carefully before placing your order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need help, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because orders go into production quickly, changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order.
